KCSC Premier – U14 Girls
A new alternative to competitive, girls soccer – bring together girls dedicated to the game with a focus on individual skill development and 
teaching players to play as a team.
The idea is not for everyone, only those with a passion for the game and wanting to move beyond soccer as a social event or past time.
How can this be done?
- By not accepting the same model followed time and time again
- With a staff possessing more than 50 years of soccer experience as players and coaches.
- Coaches that are not paid based on the number of players that join the team (Players do not pay a coaching fee so there is no motivation to take or form as many teams as possible.)
- Corporate sponsorship (To help bring top players together, since corporate sponsors – like competitive players – want winning teams and those dedicated to performance.)
- Practice – individual skills, strategies of the game and position specific training so that each player can intimately learn their role and excel in the team setting.
